Our judges have a direct and substantial impact upon the lives of each individual that steps into a courtroom.  It's critical that our judges listen to the facts of each case, apply the law to those facts, and exhibit good judicial temperament.  Based upon my education, experiences, and abilities, I believe that I am the Republican candidate best suited to serve the citizens of Moore and Hoke Counties as one of its district court judges.

Due to the recent change in the district lines, I’m running against two currently sitting district court judges.  The decision to run was not one that was made lightly, but one that was made to ensure that the people of Moore County are having their matters properly heard and considered.

About Me:

I grew up in Moore County.  After graduating from Union Pines High School, I went on the NC State University, where I received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration.  I worked for a few years prior to obtaining my law degree and returned to Moore County, where I began practicing law as the Assistant County Attorney.  I’m currently the attorney for the Lee County Department of Social Services.

I live in Whispering Pines with my wife, Hannah, and son, Deacon, both of whom gave me permission to run for this office.
